Anyone seen it yet? I am planning on seeing it tonight.

I asked a friend of mine how it was and she said she got really nauseous and that this other girl actually puked in the theater because of the whole shaky home video feel to the movie.

Wasn't too excited about it so I'm going to wait to see what others say about it. From the sound of it the in theater entertainment is worth the admission cost

You should tell your friends to go see Irreversible, if they can survive the first few minutes they'll be cured for life

(But they'll probably puke later on during the movie ...

Yeah im going to see the movie tonight. In fact me and my girl are leaving in the nest 10 minutes. I will make sure to come back and give you guys a rating. Although i heard its only 1 hour 20 minutes long.

So I just got back from it.

Good idea for a movie, pretty cool monster I guess, but I HATED the way it was shot. You rarely ever see the monster and the camera moves around so damn fast that I can more than understand someone getting real queasy. The movie does seem to be more focused on the characters and how they cope with what is going on.

I did really really like the scenes with the military in it, though I'm not exactly sure if the "tactics" they used were very realistic.

I didnt get to see it. I was sold out everywhere

And im not sure if the Army's tactics would be useful in that situation so who knows what they would do.

Point the bit that goes boom in the general direction of the big bad monster, squeeze the trigger and start screaming? If something the size of a skyscraper went after me I doubt I'd have much use for tactics.

No, I agree. I don't know, I just didn't see any attack choppers or anything. But I guess if it was real world then they might not have had immediate access to them either. They just weren't using cover or anything... not that cover would do anything, it just seemed weird.

Just ignore the comment I made... pretty stupid now that I think about it.
