As my current comp is utterly crap, i decided to upgrade it!

But, it's currently AGP 8x so its pretty useless
Im interested in buying this;

AMD Athlon 64 X2(dual core), 5000+ (65W), Socket AM2, Boxed Processor
Adata DDR2 SDRAM, 2048 MB, DDR2, PC5300, 667 MHz Memory
Asrock AM2NF6G-VSTA Mainboard
Club3D GeForce 8600 GT Overclocked Edit,GDDR3, PCI Express x16, 512MB GFX Card

Total € 322,80

Will this be any good? I don't need to play on highest settings, i just want to run PR without any lag. Also i want to know if it's reliable and how many watts of power feed i need.
