BF3 announcement! This time OFFICIAL

If anyone gets PCGamer, there was a statement of "Stay tuned for the next issue, you won't want to miss it!" Ha! This is awesome, also the graphics in the background are not from the game, an actual soldier.

A few points:

- "Our spies tell us..." That's a good sign.

- The new engine will be expanding on the current frostbite one (exploding buildings and long view distances.)

- MEC and NATO forces verified

- Ranks, Commanders, the good 'ole stuff!

Yeah old some guy on the forums there had a scan from the magazine, but he couldnt show it there so you had to PM him for the scan of it.

Hang on!

So, EA are bringing out a new version of vBF2, but with a different engine, needing the same system requirements as crysis.

And they are introducing destructible buildings, longer view distance and some NATO armies (much like all the mods for vBF2 have created around the game)

At which point does their 'new' game infringe on everyone elses hard work fixing what they originally came out with
