Could you please explain to me why for example when I was over there they were throwing a 80 year old woman in high security prison for rejecting to pay her T.V tax funding the BBC.

Its some how ok to lock up elderly people who cannot afford the taxes but its not ok to keep killers, rapists and thieves in Prison because they dont have any room for them?.
