In the Bill of Rights, it says we have the right to bear arms, but never specifies what kind of armament. Therefore, it seems totally logical that one could own a rocket launcher for home-defense purposes. You might not have a house after using it, but that just means you won't have anything worth stealing either!

Masaq, I have to say that all of the criminals I know and have known are pretty irresponsible in life and don't keep up on things like car registration, paying bills, paying fines, etc. I can't imagine one of them getting it together enough to take a concealed carry course or anything like that.
