Video preview.. feedback sought please.

Ok this is my first attempt at using CS3 premiere pro.

Please tell me what you think & give me any pointers that you think might help me.

The video is me learning premiere and trying to show of a tight squad doing a simple job.

I'd say its about 1/3 of its final length..part 1 as it were.
