Default Logitech Premium Stereo Headset broken

I just bought it around 2 months ago and today the sound is broken. The sound works but when I'm listening to some the instruments/background music are ok, and the voices are so faint you can't hear them. So I start to move the part of the cord closest to the headphone, when it's positioned right all the sound works fine, when I move it's broken again. What do I do?

Im getting something similar with my sennheiser, if I move the volume slider on the cord the sound will come out of one ear, or like 60/40 etc. I have to constantly adjust it, sennheiser's site is also FUBAR, can't send them a support ticket as they only have a phone number. I tried submitting a question to one of the forms on there site, but low and behold it never sends.

Oh, did I mention I can't get there site in english? Just french?

Lol that sucks, Well I'm starting to get really really pist off. I'm trying to listen to some music but the the sound wont stop going from good to bad and starts stuttering! ARGHHH PIECE OF SHI^ HEAdset that was $25. Oh and btw mine doesnt have to do with the slider, it has to do with the cord. I have to move the part of the cord closes to the headphone around until I get it to give out good sound.

I had my Logitech headsets do the same thing. You could wiggle the wire and get it to work for a bit, then out again.
I called and talked to tech support (or e-mailed, cant remember, was like a year and half ago). They sent me a replacement, as I had only had it for like 4 months. Great customer service for once.
It also happened to a different model before that, so this time a made a little loop knot and looped it around the mic, that way it would not pull on the attachment point if it got yanked.

I just bought this one: http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/we.../2986&cl=ca,en

Digital Precision PC Gaming Headset

And the moment I plugged it in, the left ear wasn't working! I tried plugging it into my stereo as well and the left ear was dead there too. A minute later it magically started working. I moved it back to my computer and it intermittently went in an out.

And let me tell you, DO NOT BUY THIS SHITTY HEADSET! Besides the obvious garbageness of the left ear not working right out of the box,

- The sound is terrible! There's no bass! I'm used to a cheapass $20 panasonic shockwave set of headphones and they sound 10x better than this logitech piece of junk. The biggest reason for this is probably just the design of the headset. Because it has these big circle things that sit on your head, the speakers of the headphones don't actually press onto your ear so, no bass!

- The headset isn't comfortable at all! If you want to feel like you have a big padded circular vice grip on your skull pressing into your jaw, then buy this headset!

But the mic works real great! Too bad the rest of it sucks.

Haha, I had 2 of those above before I got the ones the original poster is talking about.
They both broke pretty quick, but the up side is they are only $20.

i got the same headset, if you want to use it, GET THE WARRANTY FROM THE STORE! that way once they kack on you, you can go get a new one no problem. i get a new logitceh every month or so... their free. but they are not worth the 50 USD.

I have NEVER had anything from Logitech that didn't break within a few months.

I looked at that headset but non-adjustable screams cheeeeep.

So any suggestions, I just bought like a month or 2 ago and I don't have a warranty. Also I don't want to go buy another one.
