Logitech Premium Stereo Headset broken - Page 2

Like I said, you need to call their tech support/customer service, and explain nicely to them what has happened. They sent me a new one, didn't even have to send the old one back, even though there isn't anything I can do with it.
As far as Logitech, I have bought a bunch of good stuff from them, espically the mouse I am using, a MX510, that I have had for like 4 years, and it is still like new.
Too bad their drivers for vista suck, and none for my Vista 64. Had to play around to get all the extra buttons useable.

Lmao they must be idiots then. Some one that doesnt even have a headset could say the same thing and get one for free.

Problem solved, I just pulled the jack out just a tiny bit so it was halfway.

I had a similar logitech, worked great. Had it for over 2.5 years.
