Currently working on my own paper, here are some of the ideas I thought about. Depends on the length of your paper though, some of these would be either too long or too short for certain papers.
1. Why the 911 conspiracy is garbage (Personal favorite) 2. Missile defense systems threatening MAD 3. The theory of Peak Oil 4. Why large scale ethanol production is neither economical nor feasible 5. Weaponization of space Just some off the top of my head, plenty of topics to choose from. |

bobs probably going to suggest some unhered of brush war
I would do Desert storm after reading Clancy's 'Into the Storm' writen with ret. Gen Fred Franks, Franks was in comand of the Corp that made history in the Battle of 73 Easting and did most of the grunt work in desert storm. |

Reality is what we take to be true. What we take to be true is what we believe. What we believe is based upon our perceptions. What we perceive depends upon what we look for. What we look for depends on what we think. What we think depends on what we perceive. What we perceive determines what we believe. What we believe determines what we take to be true. What we take to be true is our reality.

Operations Prime Chance and Ernest Will- in case you haven't heard of it, and not many people have, it was vs. Iranian Pasdarin gunboat attacks on Arab and US flagged tankers.
There are many good resources on the Iran Hostage Crisis. Master of Disguise, by one of the CIA Officers who exfiltrated US citizens who had escaped the US embassy and took refuge in the Canadian embassy, and of course COL Beckwith's own book. |

I suggest the Battle of Cuito Cuanavale (operations Modular, Hooper and Packer) during the South African Border War.
Its widely regaurded as the most important battle of the South African Border War and was probubly the continent's biggest battle since the second world war. |

The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.
