My new favorite mode is Old Core

"Old School uses classic FPS multiplayer rules. You start with an Uzi and must find and weapons on the map. There are no classes, but there are perks placed like power-ups on the field. Jumping ability is increased and the ragdoll is kicked up a notch from realistic to ridiculous. Hardcore is the opposite. The HUD is removed and bullets do "true" damage (so it's more or less one shot, one kill). You do get classes and perks, though. You can also toggle on both modes to get Old Core, which takes elements of each to create a fun bonus variant.

5 hours? What were they playing it on easy? Because thats pretty short.

Here we go, he says that on normal it will only take you around 6 hours to beat, and if you turn the difficulty up it will take you 2/3/4 more hours to beat. Veteran here I come

EDIT: Im actually looking forward to this game more then crysis

EDIT2: Yes I know I keep editing my post :P But say the game is 6 hours to complete and its $45CAD, that's what $7.50 an hour of enjoyment?

I'm glad I reserved a copy, its going to be a mad rush tomarrow.

I can't wait for this thing, I may snag my copy next week.

We gota get a PR server up and runnin to see how Hardcore mode fairs against our beloved PR.

By the way, Circuit City in the US says in their ad that if you buy COD4, you get COD-3 for free as well. Sounds interesting, for e-bay.

Pros

1. Looks gorgeous

2. Love the AC130 idea

3. Love the models

4. Charles Maynes recorded all the sounds

Cons

1. First scene was fastroping which I will never be able to take seriously for the rest of my life thanks to these forums

2. It's clearly going to be arcade style gameplay. The fact that the interviewee says "realism/realistic" several times is an absolute joke

3. Everything is scripted

Im going to get it for the Sexbox and just play it religiously on Live. Its going to be like halo 3. Pish on SP and hours of fun online.

Gonna have my cousin buy the 360 version as well. I plan on buying SOF Payback because it looks funner.

Looks like its going to be very cool, too bad my sis is coming back from London tommorow, I wont be getting much or any play time at all.

	[RGG] - Pte.Phillips - www.rggsquad.co.uk - Arma ftw Really Gay Guy America was a tad late into the First World War. They redeemed themself's and came in slightly sooner in the Second. Now they seem determined to start the Third.
