what is 4chan?
I don't even know how I stumbled upon this but I did and it seems very odd. I watched some youtube videos about it and wikipedia'ed it but for some reason I cant access the site. What do can you tell me about this?

It's an image board, similar to a forum but based around pictures more than words. It's infamous for it's "off topic" section, known as /b/. /b/ is a fairly dark place where ANYTHING goes.

apparently 4chan are under heavy ddos attack currently due to some oinks getting something nasty stuck up their noses. personally I prefer browsing the futaba networks for their surreal imagery even if I can't read the text!
but it's not where the innocent need step, so ... nothing to see here, straighten up and move on. |
