Yes and no. Just like in any society, there are a lot of idiots out there but you have to keep in mind these videos are made for entertainment and therefor they'll show more idiots than intelligent people. I've seen the same thing except in England, same deal, everyone looks like an idiot.

My opinion: I really feel sorry for those interviewed.
