Oh and another one: create special cheat servers where all cheaters can go and hack all they want. The real !@#$%s would, probably, still try to cheat on non-cheat servers because it's only fun when you have the advantage. A chance of picking on someone their own size would terrify these people.

I would hand production over to the DEVs and let them run free and make the best game ever.

Ah, and add in anti-cheat software that detects when hacks are being used/installed, and automaticly wipes the users hard drive. That should teach them.

Realistic vehicle loads
Training required to drive certain vehicles and role assignments.
Advanced communication network (SLs can talk, 3 levels of command, etc)
Scenario missions
Destructable environments (Drop a JDAM and knock down all the trees)
Nothing ever disappears without cause (Leaving wrecks all over map)
Player ranking system (Do not rank due to score but by other players giving you props)
Very moddable

well they are making a new battlefield 2 game,
its called battlefield bad company.
it looks pretty awesome, almost everything is destructable...even flowers and grass!!
