Well, from the way it looks, it doesn't seem like it would do any serious damage as there didn't seem to be any fragments coming from the blast and it was generally just really slow. The most I can see it doing is carrying a vehicle up and possibly flipping it, but not much more. Then again, I may be a complete idiot, so forgive me.

Yep. It cirtainly is a different sight compared to other IEDs that circle the net.

According to some guys I've talked with it took place on the Hersey bypass outside of FOB Summerall near Bayji, Iraq. I've traveled that road many a time and it looks like its certainly a possible location for it. All it is was an IED buried to deep, most likely dug in from the side were the road is raised.
