#1 - I suppose it is also extremely constructive when a moderator tells someone its a repost?

#2 - A-10 asked if the ragdolls were fixed so they did not fly through the air, he said they were but in the video one of the guys went flying so I mentioned it....

Let me rephrase, how disrespectful. Perhaps if you did have some good comments it wouldn't be so bad, but it is clearly disrespectful in the way you post. At any rate,I was the one who posted the last thread announcing the release date, but this thread covered lots more and was well worth it; and thats coming from the other thread owner. After someone takes the time to write a well written post very politely, you decide its nice to put "Repost :P" as your only input, then point out a flaw in the mod.

I may not have posted my thoughts on the mod, but I can tell you when I saw Nebulon B, and Corellian Corvette screenshot, I was amazed.

I NEVER said it was fixed, I said I have never seen anyone go flying, which is partially wrong in the context but the question was to vague. When you get SHOT you do not go flying, when a futuristic Sci-Fi explosive such as the Thermal Detonator goes off under your butt, you go hurdling through the air sometimes.

And this thread was made new because I did not see a First Strike thread in these forums, I looked through the pages in this forum and saw nothing. Also this thread is different from solodude's thread because this is also information about the mod And you can ask me questions about it here if you would like too, but I cant reveal too much because of NDA. You can think of me as PR's FS Help Desk for noobies.

And DesertFox, your attitude towards this mod is sort of negative it seems, as if you turn your chin up to it because it is on a different engine than your beloved PR mod. Which makes no sense.

So, somewhat in 2142's defense, it is not an expansion. PR is closer to an expansion than 2142 is, yet PR is the greatest thing since sliced bread? Expansions add on to the previous game, 2142 is a completely new gaming experience. I personally do not play 2142 anymore other than if a friend invites me but it is not some stupid expansion pack.

You CAN buy 2142 for 10-15 dollars if you looked for it, First Strike alone is worth at least 20 dollars just to give it a try. I'm sure you would pay $15 for PR, which, no offense to the devs, has not added nearly the same amount of content as FS has.
