Person at a Q&A with Kerry gets arrested

Please, watch and laugh at this silly fool.
I hope he is beaten in lockup by the other prisoners.

Warning: No blood or anything in the videos, but a guy does get tazered.

But notice the man who would have been President, how he reacts and takes control of the situation.
If the election was stolen for real, it was the best thing that could have ever happened.

Happy to see its gets your stick up.

He does seem to be a bit of a fool, but that doesn't warrant him being jailed and even less tasered.

So what would you have done with a large man who is resisting arrest ?

He wasn't asking a question, he was making a speech and free speech is always limited.

When the police grabbed him, he fought them, over and over until they didn't have a choice but to put him down.

You think he should have been allowed to rant and rave and spew bullshit for as long as he liked ?

You think he should be allowed to fight with the cops ?

He is clearly delusional and so represents a possible threat and needed to be removed.

The cops were not using excessive force at any time and only tasered him after he tried to escape.

In the end I bet he will be released with no charges.

Personally, I would have kept the Taser going for a few more seconds to convince him because he continued to resist even after he was cuffed.

What happend to good ol police strong armed tactics. They could have cuffed him and hauled his ass out without using the tazer, but what good is a tazer if you never use it...

The campus cops like them, prevents lawsuits from injuries sustained in the arrest.
I think there must be different levels of power because I have seen other videos where the subject became instantly compliant after being shocked and this kid just said " ow ow " which he was saying when they grabbed his arms.

Passive resistance
Passive resistance is an age old protest technique used to slow down your removal from a protest once you have been arrested. To some people it's an ideological statement about not co-operating with the authorities. Essentially you simply relax your muscles so
that you go limp. Best to do this when you're already sitting or lying, though you can passively resist from standing if you're willing to take a fall! By totally relaxing you make it much more difficult for the police to get a good grip of you and to carry you. Instead of being walked away by one officer, you will now have to be carried which will take several officers. Depending on how many police are at the action this will slow down the removal of you and your group considerably and they may even give up when they get tired, or if its too far to the police van. Relaxed muscles also hurt less when they get banged and bumped. Be aware of the difference between passively and actively resisting arrest. If you flail your arms and try to wriggle away or try to release their grip on you, you may face a charge f 'obstructing a police officer in the execution of their duty'. Remember, it’s
always your choice, so if it gets uncomfortable when they start to carry or drag you, you can get up and walk at any time.

Maybe he should have studied up on his technique but given his height the the arms in the air thing worked pretty well for him.

I'm slightly confused, the second video states that "The kid stole someone's mic (not shown)." Was this the cause of the arrest? Or did he say something wrong?

Yea, he did not do anything... Exept exercise his right to freedom of speach.

Why are the rest of the students being quiet? He might have made a racket but he did nothing against the law. I would have jumped in on his side to be honest, no matter what crap he was talking about. You can't have cops thinking that just because they can enforce LAW, they can enforce anything, including silence.

If that was a guy I knew being tazered by Nazi style policing I think most a man would start attacking the beacon *****.

Was tasing really necessary? Was there some 5 or 6 cops in there, they could have just carried him out.

The student wasn't acting real smart either. But that seemed a bit exessive from the cops.

How trained do you have to be a security guard in America? It looks like you are just given a gun, tazer, cuffs and a uniform.

They have no idea how to handle a situation like that, notice how students started to protest after the tazer, it stured up a reaction that could have been avoided by leaving him to finish his question, then he would look silly, now the cops look draconian and people all over the world who log on to Liveleak or Youtube and see this will be given the wrong impression of American police.

If I was a teacher I would have started defending him, he did nothing against the law and those guards should have been arrsted.
