He was asked to leave and he refused, at which point the cops started to remove him from the hall.
He doesn't have to be a threat to be removed but once he starts fighting the cops he becomes a threat.
They don't have to wait until he hurts someone to react.

And take another look at the title of this clip and then watch the clip.

She is not restrained and is fighting them, which is why she gets tazed.
Listen to morons chanting " let her go ", similar to other protester situations where the hippies feel they are above the law.
And then they wonder why people think of them as trouble-making little thugs.

Oh no, poor rioter got tazed... Very rarely do peaceful protesters wear bacalavas.
Yea, thats different from asking a question, I agree that the woman probably put herself in that situation.

After they are chanting "Let them go" do they start chanting "Un-der-pants"?

I do think that he could have taken some control over the situation and yes, I was bashing him.

Is he a forum member that he is so protected ?

Did you hear his words at the start of one clip ?

But hey, it's your forum so you can change it if you like.

But exactly what high horse am I on ?

I think Kerry is a piss poor excuse for a leader and the people who served with him thought the same thing.

Is that my high horse ?

And since we are on the subject, can you tell me how the pommel is in my ass because I don't like Kerry or crybaby conspiracy jerkoffs ?

It seems I am not alone in my opinion of the kid, so.....what is it that gives me the high horse with pommel up my ass ?
I did not change the thread title.

I have no pity for that douchebag attention whore, Kerry or for any politician; I hate all of them, but some with more enthusiasm than others. You said it yourself; Kerry is basically a nobody now. Beating a horse that's been dead for two and a half years seems like you still have a pommel up your ass. Sore losers and sore winners are equally useless.

I guess he might of been confused seeing all he did was ask a question then all of a sudden his mic gets shut off and then a swarm of cops pounce on him like a guy that just raped a woman . I know I would be pretty pissed if it happened to me no matter what his questions they could of waited for Kerry's response but to ask real questions from real journalist's from our leaders I guess is pretty risky especially in a public forum.

By the way this guy looked like the bravest person in that room most sheep just would be lead out all those students had the look of fear on there faces kinda like you armed you find any terrorist's lately .

Yea...um.

Please leave the US X3DChris, for God's sake. If you hate this country so much why stay? At least then we wouldn't have to listen to you bitch about every single thing.

First of all, there were reports that he either jumped ahead in the questioning line, or that he was asking his question after the cut-off period.

Now, I can't make out what the cop is saying when she first approaches him at the mic, the first time, when he says he'll ask his question, and is allowed to continue. If he did indeed cut ahead of other people in the questioning line, would it be unreasonable for a cop to ask him to relinquish the mic after being informed that he had skipped over other people?

After that, it's really his own reaction to things that gets things escalated. He was the one practically yelling, etc.

And it wasn't a "swarm" of cops that went up to him, it was the two cops standing next to the mic, and it looked like they were just trying to lead him out. Who says they were trying to arrest him? It's fairly standard procedure that if someone is making a big disturbance in a room, that you lead them out if they refuse to leave voluntarily.

Not all speech is free. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disturb...e_peace_(crime)

If you're causing a disturbance, etc, they have every right to lead you out of the room. This was a question and answer event by John Kerry. The federal government was not directly involved, so really free speech doesn't even apply.

I can tell you that the ONLY reason that he was arrested is because he was creating a disturbance. In effect he was disturbing the peace.

Sorry: not very constructive to the discussion.

What's French for "déjà vu"?

Thanks for that. I wanted to reply but every time I tried I either got frustrated, angry, or started laughing uncontrollably.

I think I already said that they wouldn't have had to wait until he hurts someone. It was obvious that he was not going to do so. He was only confused. It looked like the police were just in a hurry to get him out before he could finish his question. I think the tazer was completely unnecessary and they could have gotten him out without it.
