England vs USA - world cup rugby quals
It's a bit hard to figure out what to do when you can only go for the guy with the ball isn't it
Took one of our players to be off in the sin bin before you could get any decent points to avoid an all american humiliating defeat, eh? not sure about the spear tackle either, can't do that in our armour-free game! |

Considering the Americans usualy wear girly padding and armour they seem to have done ok, I am missing the last ten minuets because the game is not exciting.
We still have Ireland, Wales and Scotland if England decide to play as crap as that against South Africa. |

Amazing performance by the US, shocking one by England.
England should have absolutely thrashed the US, and it's hard to see from their performance how they're going to have any success in the world cup without a significant step up in level over the next few games. Particularly with the very impressive South Africans up next. The US showed real spirit and did extremely well to keep the game relatively close. Remember they're only semi professional, so would normally be expected to be defeated heavily by the defending champions. Even getting the one try they did is seen as a huge success for them. |

American armour actually increases the risk of some fatal/serious injuries...
Twas a win for england, that what counts at the end of the day: But well done US for the good game. |

american football is right up there next to gunshots for causing brain injuries! They really don't have it easy even with all that armour.
