Reduce Mad Mouse Disease

or whatever you call it . After some heavy clicking back and forth and mainly in this forums I got heavy arm pain. So I decided to something about it. With the Logitech Setpoint soft I can assign the "middle button role left" to act as left click. Assign it to Firefox or whatever explorer you are using so it can work in PR or any other game also for any setting you want.
Just wanted to share this health news. Go out and be productive now.

Quote:
According to Frank Bergmann, Head of the German Association of Nerve Doctors, “Constant clicking with the computer mouse and an unnatural hand position cause damage to the tissues that over the long term can lead to inflammation of the nerve fibres. Tingling, numbness, and weakness in the lower arm and hands are the first signs of overstressing of the tendons and nerves due to monotonous motion.”

That's just going to hurt more muscles. You need proper ergonomics, exercise and common sense (or even uncommon sense) to stop the pain and problems.
