DPM Paint

Favourite coloured paint that new lads frequently go to fetch from QM(T) often carrying a sledgehammer and a note they have to drop off at the SSM's office first.

Fallopian Tubing

Bit of tubing needed to 'fix the tank' that new lads go for (see DPM Paint)

Giggle Pin

Gag that is used commonly within Cavalry units. The new lad in question is told to hold the barrel of the gun on his shoulder and support its wieght whilst the gunner and operator take out the gigglepin to clean it. Once he has a good grip, the crew inside the turret gently depress the gun by hand to mimick the pin being removed and then sit and talk/smoke/laugh for as long as the silly sod outside continues to hold the increasingly heavy gun on his shoulder.
