Yes, I eat cheese. Mostly I have it on sandwiches (swiss or provolone, occasionally american) or crackers (cheddar), but sometimes I'll just cut off a big hunk of sharp cheddar and eat that by itself. You just need to stop eating that Kraft Singles and Stringcheese crap.

Up your ISO!

Isn't that one of the limberger type "stinky" cheeses?

Mmm, mould cheese... Gorgonzola, Stilton, Brie and the Swedish Kvibille ädelost - saweet.
Lots of good hard cheeses as well, like cheddar, parmesan and "Manorhouse cheese", a Swedish ementaler cheese.
Most are excellent both on a sandwich and just by them selfes.

Dont tell me you americans dont occasionally have a pice of fine cheese with maybe some fruit and wine?

For sure I eat cheese on it's own. Brie has got to be my favourite for this, damn now I want some.

Cheers,

Close your eyes and imagine some really cool military picture, or better yet a really funny picture in this space. I said close your eyes damnit!
