High Resolution Military Pictures
I'm thinking it would be a good idea to gather a relatively large library of military related photos and images on these forums. I always enjoy looking through military images, anyway.
Any time period or locale will do - WWI, WWII, Bosnia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Chechnya.. whatever! As long as it's fairly high resolution! For the insanely high resolution shots, do everybody a favour and post a link, or even better, a thumbnail. Anyway, here are my contributions. World War II June 6th, 1944.  Aachen, Germany.  Modern - Aircraft An F-22 Raptor.  A-10's in formation.  F-15E in flight.  USAF aircraft flying over burning oil wells lit by retreating Iraqi forces during Desert Storm. Found some Australians. All of the images are pretty high res, so you'll have to deal with thumbnails.
