i think the original question was supposed to be "is there a line in video games pertaining to what you can put in them?" i.e. would you think a video game that glorifies rape was as harmless as battlefield 2? or that kkk game they have?

i think its important to see that there are motives behind every game. sure most are motivated by fun (and, as bf2 so eloquently proved, profit). but we do have to understand that (just like ALL media), video games can be manipulated by their creators to send a very distinct message, and it is something to be careful about.

saying that ALL video games are harmless is like saying theyre all harmful. like everything in life, there is a gray area.

No,

I have played war since i can remember,

i have airsoft wars with my neighbors,

I played all the GTA games,

Ive played War games since this year on my PC.

Ive been mad at people but the worst ive ever done was say "i hope you fall into a pit of hot oil"

Ive never even been in a fight.

There are just some messed kids whose parents dont want to believe that they are insane and blame everything on music,movies,games

Humans have been violent towards each for thousands of years. Period.

If anything, video games allow an outlet for that violence without actually hurting someone, however those who desire to cause pain are going to find a way to do it.
