If you want to see the best part of MOH Airborne, find a place with nice lighting, and thrash your mouse back and forth. The blur effect they used is very nice.

wtflol How do you think people in WW2 survived with injuries and wounds.

Well, the graphics are really good, but there's a few things that bug me:

1.) You have to hold the right mouse button in order to keep the ironsights up. Most games it's just a click to toggle them on or off.

2.) Weapon sounds are very weak.

3.) It has some bullet spread/cone of fire (shoot at a wall for a few seconds with the Thompson or MP40 and you'll see bullet holes in directions your gun was never pointing), but not quite as bad as vBF2. Accuracy should be better from the ironsights though.

4.) Weapons are weaker than they should be.

5.) No Prone

It has some definite potential, but if the full version is more of the same, I'll sit this one out.

Bullets impacting on limbs & less vital areas, grenades, shrapnel, distant gunfire, etc. Your point fails miserably.

Hopefully this game is as mod-friendly as it claims to be

And as far as prone, you can go pretty low to the ground it your aim and press 'S' and then walk forward. Yeah it's bulky, but better than insta-proning nubs

Crashed and burned just as I landed on a roof.
So I deleted it because it doesn't look good enough to warrant figuring out what went wrong and since my system is almost 3 years old it is probably something I can't fix anyway.

yea i think the lean/duck system is excellent, have not seen that before in a game.

basically enables you to 'peek' and duck very fluidly without being too exploitable.
