Texasteamplayers arty spamming

Sorry if the title is a little misleading. It wasn't the actual artillary that was being spamed it was the "artillery condition red". I was wondering if it was a hack or glitch. Also, when a tank or something was spotted it would say "hostile walker spotted". from 2142. All the enemy units spotted came across that way. I'm not trying to bash the server, I'm just curious what would cause that an if anyone else experienced it also.

Yea that really got annoying. Didn't notice the Walker thing, then again I was on MEC and had no tanks to spot. I have a feeling there was a hack because for me the Artillery condition red (in Arabic for MEC team) would say it over and over again and pause for 15 seconds after about 3-5 minutes of spamming.

Very weird and annoying.
