To the contrary, i'd say there's far more positives to come from LSD than negatives. Only a small percentage of people have/had any problems with it. Just like alcohol. Some people just abuse anything and often spoil it for the rest of us.

The millions of positive drug stories that happen everyday go unreported by the media for obvious reasons but the few really bad negative drug stories that happen are reported. Don't get sucked into that and let it skew the reality.

When Somebody who wasn't him took 250mcg he probably already had an idea of what would happen as well as some experience with other conciousness altering chemicals which resulted in a more controlled experience.

The British Army vs LSD

The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.

AD&D's right, in fact at the beginning of the program recipients (Army soldiers) weren't even told they were given anything psychoactive. The doses were varied to extremes to see how much it would take for an enemy force to crack. Some participants even thought they were going insane and one actually threw himself out of the a window, permeating the urban myth that those under the influence of LSD are prone to either suicide or delusionally thinking they could fly.

LSD "melts" your brain. It's probably advisable to stay away from it for those considering experimentation. Otherwise, limit the numbers of times you use it, the frequency and be careful never to take too much in one go or you damage your vision/psychology

There are risks with all drugs, including prescribed ones. I know what I would consider safe risk taking regarding the dosing and regularity, but then we aren't drugs councillors and this isn't the place to talk about it given our numbers of younger/influencible membership!

The same risks exist with just about everything. Too much/too often of just about anything can lead to mental/physical problems. And not just things you put in your body like drugs/drink/food. Sport/games as well along with many other things.
