I love the media; they're so gleefully oblivious when it comes to anything having to do with the military or weapons in general.
 BTW, thats the missile itself, not the launcher. And its an old ass model of TOW missile, I'm surprised they didn't bring in the bomb squad to dispose of it. |

Taking a second look at it, I would say that it's probably an empty tube. It's impossible to tell for sure without seeing if the membrane is missing from the rear, but based on the way she's holding it (the missile weighs 50 lbs) its likely empty. And pretty decrepit to boot.
