I think you should buy it. ArmA has the potential to give you a sense of war that no other game from today will ever give to you (not considerating Flashpoint).

Demo is just not very well opptomised. Put it this way, if you enjoy PR then Arma is a good game, though id only recommend it if you join a group of players like RGG, where we use realism and tactics. Thats where Arma is at its best.

Ugh freaking fileplanet. I downloaded the wrong demo. Apparently theres a demo just for the US and I downloaded some other demo...
I still created a server, tried some stuff. Seemed ok.
What is the maximum number of people per server?

There is none as far I know, all depends on the server.

Think I saw Shacktactical with almost 90 players once.

I just played for like 2 hours, the demo.
It wasn't bad, there were only 8 people in the server.
Was mostly fooling around, flying with the AI, shooting at AI..

I have to say the AI makes me not want to get the game. Who needs AI? =/
I dont like playing with bots.

And DAMN. The game is beautiful maxed out. I dont even have it maxed out, but all the screenshots online look ugly as hell, and ingame it looks better than oblivion and bf2.

The demo sucked, the real game with latest patch is really good.
But don't buy arma and play it singel player. I did that at first and it was lots of bugs and bad missions but coop is so fun! Its the best game i got atm.

	[RGG] - Pte.Phillips - www.rggsquad.co.uk - Arma ftw Really Gay Guy America was a tad late into the First World War. They redeemed themself's and came in slightly sooner in the Second. Now they seem determined to start the Third.
