how can i make fraps vids take less space

i try using fraps but i can't even make a vid thats over 10seconds without it going over 100mbs is there a way i can fix this

easiest ripper after the fact is :

PocketDivXEncoder (free, google it) set to home theatre mode for acceptable vids in .avi format, turn video and audio sliders all the way up and "add all" and encode them fast and pretty well.

You could also use that Windows Movie Maker to change the files into 2.5mb files.

The only way to make them smaller is, like El_Vikingo said, to reduce size and FPS.
The reason why they get so big is becuase they are mostly uncompressed in order to save the CPU.

Just compress them after you've recorded it. As Vikingo said, windows movie maker will do it. Just open it and save it as a wmv or avi or something.
