Yeah, I dont have AA turned on in-game, because tbh I never notice any difference

Is there a way to add it in Photoshop?

Not really, but you can play around with the blur tool and various settings for it to smooth the edges a bit.
It's not perfect but with some practice you can blend the edges of the object enough that they won't be as noticeable.
