LOL
I used to spend the summer with relatives on Rockaway beach and the outdoor shower would take up to 5 min to warm up, if at all, and we had to shower the sand off before entering the bungalow, so it is possible, but you do it very quickly. |

I think that the guy who swam in below zero water at the northpole for 18 minutes would.

It's not a stupid thing though, like, that "you are about to get all wet so who cares if your arm gets wet first?" That misses the point entirely.... I heat the water up when its running out the tap part, and then when I switch to the shower part, it ALWAYS has like an initial blast of cold or cool water before the warm water makes it through the pipe. Soooo who wants a blast of cold water on them.... If the temperature was the same, then sure, I wouldn't care at all. So it's not a great question of life, it's a dumb question that misses the point lol.

In this weather I often turn off the hot and let the cold run on my head before I leave the shower in order to feel cooler and in the winter I will turn off the cold and leave the shower and dry off with the Hot running full blast to steam up the room.
Again, I do not pay for hot water and I want the planet to dry up and crumble so I use as much water as possible. |

Uh, neither. I don't get wet because I turn it on from the side. I never really noticed though.

Yes, turn it on without getting wet... I don't know why though, I guess I just like to be dry before I get into the shower.

I never seem to get wet. Then again, that may just be because I never take showers. Also, be glad that smell can't travel over the internet.
