Silliest restraining order I have seen yet.

What is he supposed to do announce his restraining order when he enters a area and tell everyone under 18 to stay away?

It's not silly at all. He has a serious problem:

Quote:
For years, McClellan maintained a Web site in Washington where he posted photos of children he had taken in public places. He also discussed how he liked to stake out parks, public libraries, fast-food restaurants and other areas where little girls, or "LGs," congregate.

"Most libraries have frequent programs and events for children, and sometimes you can get quite close to LGs there," he said in one posting.

McClellan said his intentions are misunderstood and insisted he would never molest a child.

"I guess there is some small chance maybe someday I might be able to get some sort of friendship with a girl and maybe then I might worry would I cross the line," he said. "But right now, no. There's no doubt in my mind I wouldn't."
Even he's worried he might cross the line.. depending on what line you're talking about... the line that says you should refer to little girls as "LG's", the line that says you probably shouldn't take pictures of little girls and post them on your site, or line that says you shouldn't say things like "I might cross the line" or the line where he actually follows through on his deranged fantasy.

Assuming he hasn't crossed it already.

No I accept the silly problem part. The problem I see is how is he going to abide by this ruling unless he stays at home at all times.

Got to love the crazy crazy laws. At one point in time there was a US state that declared by law that the value of Pi was 3, so that Pi was not in conflict with the Bible.
