Im probably gonna try it, but singleplayer in battlefield = fail, no matter how modded.
It just isn't the same playing a multiplayer game without real people.

Nobody said it's the same. But it's fun if you don't take it too serious. Sure sometimes the bots get stuck n' stuff, but that sometimes is really funny. And I dont know many BF2 mods where you can get a K/D of 120/0 or something, and noone complaines And it's good for the ego, even if it's just bots

I think single player in any game is worse than online. To the point that I don´t like playing offline anymore, but this looks interesting and just a bit of fun.

Does anyone know the timespan for the release? Weeks, months, FH2 years?

Kysterama [ AI-X Dev] said there will most likely be an announcement this weekend, possibly about a tentative release date? I don't know.
But i do know that they're preparing for release in the coming weeks

You guys have been really patient and we thank you for that! We have a release date. I can tell you it will be a Friday. The exact Friday will be announced soon with a teaser trailer. Should I give them hints? All I can say is that we're no longer counting down in months, but in weeks. Stay tuned

The time draws near and things are getting very exciting for us and all the worlds single player and CoOp fans out there! What we have for you today is a teaser trailer of epic proportions giving you a smidgeon of the fantastic action you can expect in Allied Intent Xtended. It was too hard to feature everything in a teaser video but on release you can expect 9 custom maps and 7 Dice remakes, New UN army, 28 custom weapons and 7 custom kits items, 17 new aircraft as well as pickup kits, resupply crates and some very groovy AI enhancements not seen in any other mod. Not only that but we have a solid release date! Watch the trailer and all will be revealed!

Those were AWESOME bomb effects. As for the video, that is one of the best if not the best BF2 video I have seen. Great editing, great effects, great camera work and last but not least great music!
