Terminal velocity for a bullet can't be all that high though, can it? I mean, it would hurt and wound, but it wouldn't be like getting shot.

What blood? I didn't see any blood, much less a clear shot of the area between his forehead and temple. All I saw was muzzle blast, impact of round in the dirt in front of him, the earmuffs flying off.
