Forgive me here, but wtf is a water bowser? Is it a water version of the bowser from super mario?

It is bassically a big tank of water, and in this case, set up in a street, so ignorant people can come and take truck loads, whilst grannys in ther lada rivias can only take a bucket full

I live about half a mile away from where the incidents happened. The locals are mainly scumbags round here, you can't park cars on the road or you go out to a modified car in the morning with footprint and dents on bonnet and roof and minus a mirror or two.

What I don't understand is why whoever sees the kids emptying the bowsers or pissing in them doesn't go outside armed with a bat and beat them. I would if I had one outside. I've chased them away a few times after I've chaught them kicking mirrors off my nieghbours cars.
Also had one bugger throw a brick at my car. He rode out infront of me when I was driving so I wound down my window and shouted "ride on the road and get some lights on your bike you retarded inbred!". Next thing his mate throws a brick at the passenger door just missing the window. I got out of my car ready to beat him to death but he was about 14 and the law would make him a inocent victim. Phoned police, who come out and do sod all.

I'm from cheltenham, gloucesters like all citys now. Either feels like your in the Caribbean, India, Poland or Iran. I would say Romania as well but I havent noticed many yet.

I think that guy had too many beers and thought he could swim home.
