Actually they did, but only one of them. The one they capture when assaulting a hill. He could speak english and convinced the others to not kill him. You know the rest.

Tom Sizemore is a badass. He's been in some of the best action scenes in all of cinema. Saving private ryan, Blackhawk Down, and the mother of all shootouts in Heat.
Too bad he got into trouble with drugs and whatnot recently. Oh and according to SPR: Never, EVER pull your knife out in a close combat brawl with a German soldier. |

Make sure when you try to stab a German that the knife is pointing away from him, they usually use some technique that turns the knife to stabe the attacker, but since you have it the other way round, you can guess what happens!
