Well to be honest, there was no reason for the cop to hit anyone there and from the admittedly sketchy video it looked like the cop was pissed he had to put down his coffee and stop chatting up the local hookers.

I didn't get a good look at the cop so he could have been Latino or Asian, if so would he automatically qualify as a racist just because he is a cop ?
