I'm going to Scottsdale, Arizona in a couple of days and I heard it got up to 120 the other day. Here in Dallas it's getting up to 100 but then it rains and goes down to 90 and is humid. We have had rain for the last 3-4 weeks almost non stop. At least the lake where I live is getting filled back up and will be out there within the next month.

LOl, you call that hot? Come to Australia M8, max temperature we eevr had where I live was about 46°C (Celcius) that that would be like 114.8°C in Fahrenheit.

Pussies, it was 101f(I think that's above 39C) here two days ago and close to that and humid as hell yesterday. Today was perfect though but alas I had work.
A few days ago it was in the nineties. Normally that wouldn't be an issue but I was playing in an all day series of airsoft games. I drank tons of water and eventually even stopped wearing my gear but I still managed to get dehydrated. After the first game I already had a headache but I stupidly assumed it was from my shooting glasses being too tight. Into the third round I fell over with crazy cramps in my legs. I waited a second for the cramps to subside and got onto my knees only to have my legs cramp up on me again. I touched my hamstrings and they felt more like spheres made out of iron more than muscle. Thankfully I was in very tall grass so I had nothing to worry about but it still wasn't a pleasant experience. |
