The attacks haven't done anything yet tbf. They'll just give us those annoying news reports where the media makes everything sound really bad.

I've come up with a slogan, but I don't think it's suitable for the forums. The people of msn seem to like it

I heard on the radio that the incident in Glasgow has been linked with the car bombs in London.

The group behind these goings on won't have the resources or manpower to keep these attacks going. They've also found another bomb at the hospital 7 miles from Glasgow Airport. A suspect was in the same hospital.

I wonder what went wrong ?
Don't misunderstand me, I'm glad it went wrong but it seems odd and amatuerish at this point.
Another totally homegrown group with little or no contact with other groups and internet learned bomb-making skill ?
That is what frightens me, the learning curve.

Two cars were found, with some kind of fuel and nails. They were both disarmed and the cars recovered by the Metropolitan Police (London). The good thing about the cars being in one piece is that they can gather a lot of evidence. I believe they've already detained a person on suspicion.

Going by the increasingly & thankfully botched nature of these attempts, next we'll have a bomber with suicide vest made out of a couple of roman candles & a catherine wheel, or someone hanggliding into the side of canary wharf.
