Can anyone help me with the Demo mission??? the nighttime one. I send my Abrams first and they pwn enemy armor, then at the same time send Abrams to the blocking point while the stryker platoon rape the orchard, but the strykers always get owned by enemy missiles. What exactly is the strategy here?

I never got around to finish the mission completely, but what you can do is let the armor engage the infantry from the distance for a while, to weaken them a bit.
Then send artilliery on them. Anti infantry if they are exposed, regular rounds if they are indoors. Then advance with the infantry squads, with the Strykers moving up behind them.

alrite, but to the left of the village there is enemy armor pouring in, and to the right there are enemy missile infantry. So if i move in i'll be flanked.

If I remember correctly, one tank on the height was enough to take care of the infantry out there. When they are gone, move up the infantry/strykes slowly. Also, as I said, a little barrage of anti infantry artillery will work well aswell.

This game's amazing.... buying and downloading tomorrow.

To defeat the enemy on the proper mission, send two tanks to the right and keep them back. Set their arcs of fire covering from the west of the town to the edge of the hill to the left. Do the same thing for the other two tanks, but put them on the left obviously and change their firing arcs to cover the right approach. Make sure you reverse your Abrams if the rocket infantry get shots close/on target.

If you want a good spotter, send the 40mm Stryker ICV up to the top of the left hill, it's impossible for the enemy tanks to shoot you. Move the ICV forward enough so that it can fire rounds onto the village. Don't go too close to the edge though. Hey presto; a spotter for your tanks and 80mm mortar.

hehe yeah thats a good plan but the way I did it was to send 2 tanks behind the right hill and cover the blocking point, and 2 tanks on the left hill to soften everything else and if things get to hot for the other tanks send the 2 on the hill down to ambush the enemy. But to get victory it takes a good 30 minutes or so sitting tight, if it takes longer I usually wake the enemy up by making tanks shoot random parts of the orchard or town and wake up the enemy. That's usually when they surrender, my best score was.

US................................................ .....Syria
OK 76................................................ ........8
Killed 0................................................. .......ALOT*forgot*
Injured 2................................................. .......18
Missing 0................................................. .......10

Definitely buying this game, once you get a hang of it it's soo fun.

Yeah, ill be buying it in the near future for sure. You have to play it on Elite setting, its alot better. You dont instantly see what enemys each unit has spotted which makes it harder to determine what your shooting at.

The mission is easy as the US when you know how, now try playing as REDFOR. Its a totally different ball game.

America was a tad late into the First World War. They redeemed themself's and came in slightly sooner in the Second. Now they seem determined to start the Third.

What do I win for being so awesome?

Id of had less wounded men if my guys had spotted a squad of Redfor in the orchard. They opened up on one of my squads as it assualted the position.
