Yeah, hardcore sounds pretty sweet, but the "perks" thing sounds pretty whack, like the one he mentioned, your bullets doing more damage...

Agreed, the perks sound pretty stupid. Different rates of fire for the same weapon depending on who's using it? What the hell is that crap?
