Off hand I can think one time where I almost got wasted by a drunk driver.
Me and a friend were driving through a green light, second in the line, when suddenly we noticed this guy driving perpendicular was not stopping. Quick braking. He whipped past the front of the our car and just missed the rear of the car ahead of us going about 120km/h. If we had been a little further, say 2m, or he had been going slightly slower I would be goners. |

Last night I was kicking a footie up the main road at about 11pm. The road was flooded at the end, so no cars.
Anyway, I was kicking the ball along and I heard a screech, REALLY loudly. An ambulance that had got through the flood had raced up the road and almost hit me as I ran in the road  |
