ok, somethng realy wierd is happening...I downloaded riviatuner to moniter my temps, and RO was driving my 6600 all the way up to 75C in five minutes (it would crash to restart after ten or so)
so i put a fan blowing on my card, and the idle temp goes from 60C to 50C. ok, good...but when i get into a game, it still jumps way up and sometimes up to 180C in like, 1 second! WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY GFX CARD!?!?

I was beginning to think that maybe it was a false reading, so I went in-game and played for a bit then put my hand NEAR the card (Dont touch it or anything else or you may short it out ) and I could feel the heat coming off of it :/

You have dust in your card blocking all your heat sinks - unscrew the plastic cover, use compressed air cans on the clogged heatsinks (it may not look bad but if one of the layers is blocked the entire thing is useless) and it should drop your temp ~20C, at least it did for my 7800GT.

That involves taking the car out and putting it back in. I fail at that
