But like so many other issues I disagree with you on it's the reality you can't seem to grasp. We have crime and legal gun ownership limits that crime. Sure it would be nice to have no guns on the street and unarmed cops like the English but that simply is not the reality of life in America, mostly the big cities. In rural areas there are lots and lots of firearms and yet few gun deaths and less violent crime. To get robbed, raped or killed because you think owning a gun is "ignorant" seems a little on the foolish side. |

isn't it clear that by facilitating access to weapons by almost not controlling them might well increase the use of them by criminals?
