Tried out beta in a "off-peak" hour and got joined by a couple of others who had no clue. So there we where ... And I got stuck with beeing an SL.

There is no reason to be shooting civilians. I've seen R-Mods and official testers deliberately shooting civilians. And then typing in Global Chat how “they don’t care”...Its unbelievable.
Getting an auto server kick on 4 civilian kills should help. Civilians do throw rocks at ‘peace keeping forces’ the whole time, and just because you think a civilian is being/playing in a stupid fashion is no reason to shoot him.. use your knife.. give them a long spawn. |

The civilians should get water balloons. Why else bother go on top of the buildings !
