I usually hate cats. I do!

It's because they just sit there and stare at you, like they are peering into your psyche and damaging it with some wierd control over humans they have.

It appears that some of those cats, although probably not the ones I personally met, have justifiable abilities thanks to the CIA

AY THE height of the cold war, the CIA wired up cats so that they could listen in to the Kremlin's secrets.

According to the Telegraph, a moggy was surgically altered to accommodate transmitting and control devices so spooks could listen to secret conversations from window sills, park benches or dustbins.

Victor Marchetti, a former CIA officer said that in Project "Acoustic Kitty" slit the cat open, put batteries in him, wired him up. The tail was used as an antenna.

The problem was that the cat would just bogg off if it got hungry so they stuck a wire in him to override that.

However the first trial turned out to be a disaster when the cat was run over by a taxi. The $10million project was scrapped.

The project has been revealed following the declassification of some of the CIA's Science and Technology Directorate documents.

the russian wouldnt cuddle the cat like Dr evil or something, and its unlikely that the cat could have survived the winter in russia, especialy with an antena sticking out of its butt.

also slicing up a cat is just wrong, i mean im no vegitarian but bionic kity is so cruel imagine somebody sticking an antena up your but and you walking around it would be painful i tells yah!
