More than likely. Unfortunately the Quality of the CnC games seems to have gone down after the EA buy out. Westwood developed RA2, but it was horrible (silly story line, etc) compared to the first one. I had always wondered if EA had something to do with it.

I much prefer the Tiberium series -- I liked Tiberian Sun the best I think, though CnC 1 was just awesome too. (Pitty it never had a skermish mode)
