Come on, this is why BSG's space battles look so good. Shake the camera, blur it a bit and if you have a good model and textures, it passes for real.
I will say they hit the mark in Arma. Except for the terrain. And the weapons. And the characters. Better than BF1942/FH and I still play that every now and then. |

That's real, and it's temporal aliasing (think stroboscopic) effects caused by the camera frame rate.
