BF2: Special Forces Renders

Many new renders for the upcoming BF2 expansion have been shown just recently, some of them look pretty nice.

"Middle Eastern Insurgents" interesting. Renders look good. I might buy the expansion depending upon what else gits into it.

Usualy play as KlutzPal

I'm buying it.

What pisses me off though is that they are adding alot of stuff that should have been in the game originally (ie: the middle eastern guy with the face mask... wtf... wasnt that guy in the vanilla BF2 promo images??)

Thats what Ive been saying all along, all of this, or at least most of it, could have been put in BF2 orginally. The only thing I find appealing is the RPG and the forklift, and Im definately not paying to get just those 2.

Actually, what I find most appealing is the Spetsnaz. Me being russian and me having a love for where I was born .. and me understanding the culture, Spetsnaz is a must.

I'm sure it'll take a while for PR to even consider including russian forces... so that's really why i'm getting the exp. pack.

Some of the stuff I dont understand though... they get more unrealistic with every release.

Hehe, the forklifts in DC rocked. You could pick up technicals, APC's, and even tanks with them. Haha, so fun.

Guess that explains the SEAL with the gas mask. I could understand NBC weapons being part of a games objectives, but as far as being a useable weapon it's a bad idea IMO.

Well, I'll be riding my Jet-ski right into the battlefield, FNSCAR in my right hand, cocktail with mini-umbrella in the left! (Baywatch Theme Song in the Background)
