An interesting picture

The governator of the State of São Paulo (it is in Brazil if anyone doesn't know) visited today the police and someone took this picture. I tought this image was funny because he has a crazy face and looks wierd holding the rifle.

the city of Sao Paulo is the largest city in Brazil if I'm not mistaken. Yea he has a kinda stoned lazy eye look about him and doesn't look very comfortable or natural behind that rifle at all...heh-heh

I would feel very comfortable if that guy was in charge of my province(state, however you wanna put it)
